For our Christmas Messy Church we looked at one of the greatest miracles of all, the Incarnation – God became Man!
As they arrived each person was given a small artificial Christmas tree (which we bought online). At each activity station they made a decoration to go on the tree, each decoration representing an aspect of Jesus and his life. There were also chocolate baubles to add!
This activity was very popular as the children were excited to take their tree home and put it in their room. We hope they will be brought out at for Christmas for many years to come.

Candle – Jesus’ teaching
Baby – Jesus’ Incarnation
Boat – Jesus’ Miracles
Sheep – Jesus’ Parables
Dove – Jesus’ Baptism and Spirit
Cross – Jesus’ Death, Resurrection and Salvation
